It is easy to love others, but how easy is it to love yourself?

Who do you love? Are the people you love better and more worthy of your love than you? Your other half, your family, the rich and the famous, are they better or more lovable and worthy of your love than you? Can you imagine the amount of time you spend observing, wishing to be like, and loving the rich and famous on TV and in the media?

How much time do you spend loving and creating yourself and your own life? I know I am asking a lot of questions, but really, you have to stop and “THINK”. We create our own living heaven, or, we create our very own living hell, by our perceptions of others and our perceptions of ourselves.

You are spirit; and your body is your vehicle on your amazing life’s journey. Like a car you must maintain every aspect of your vehicle, mind, body and soul. To enjoy life’s journey you need to be healthy in all three aspects!

And this is exactly the kind of healthy maintenance and love that I’m talking about!

How a good loving mother would take care of a child; this is how to love yourself.

You would never abuse yourself or except abuse from others in any way, this is how to love yourself.

Being the best you can be at everything you do, this is how to love yourself.

Thinking great inspired thoughts then acting on them, this is how to love you.

Eating healthily and exercising regularly, this is how to love you.

Forever learning and gaining knowledge, this is how to love you.

You might call this tough hard love, but really, it’s a gentle love, for all these loving actions are taking care of you in the best possible way.

You should realize the miracle that you are, when you can love yourself in all these ways and more, you will be living in the heaven that you have created. We need to listen to our spirit, that inner voice of love and truth that whispers to us quietly, we need to listen and allow that voice, that energy, that love, our very own authenticity, spirit you, to drive your body, your vehicle, to come into being and having a wonderful life of love, abundance, happiness and joy. A place where you are able to help others, for if you cannot help yourself you definitely  can’t help others, and if you cannot love yourself, can others love you?

Living your life loving yourself, being the best you can be, day in and day out, will indeed lead you to happiness, you will become without doubt, an inspiration to all who have the privilege of knowing you, and most importantly, they will learn from you by your wonderful inspiring thoughts and actions, it’s never too late to love yourself!

When you love yourself enough to create the life you wish, you will shine like a beacon inspiring others to create their lives and their brilliance too!

By listening to that inner voice you are listening to your heart, and your heart knows all!

Soursop  also called Graviola(Anona muricata Linn) This plant is found in tropical America, around Peru, Mexico, and Argentina. It has a unique shape, it's green in color and has white flesh and dark brown shiny seeds. There are soft thorns also on the skin. The soursop tree can reach a height of 9 meters.
This prickly green fruit happens to kill cancer up to 10,000 times more effectively than strong chemotherapy drugs, and without side effects or harming healthy cells. The fruit's extracts from Annona muricata tree selectively inhibit the growth of human breast cancer cells.

The Strangest Secret Earl Nightingale 1950's

I would like to tell you a secret, were the very words said by the great Earl Nightingale that pricked my ears, listening to that audio totally changed my way of thinking. He was one of the many amazing philosophers that inspired me to create The Gift....if only you knew, my book, The Law of Attraction, written in inspirational affirmation rhymes. A daily powerful dose of inspiration and motivation!

 After listening to his incredible audio, you can’t possibly help but feel elated! Impossible, till this day, every time I listen it sends a message of comfort and understanding of why things are so, and why we are the way we are. If we were able to be consciously aware of the truth in these six words, we could actually create the lives we wish to live, by creating the thoughts we want to think, instead of living our lives in thoughts of fear and doubts, debilitating our very selves into depression and low self-esteem.

“We Become What We Think About” If we can change the way we think, to thinking, more over “knowing” that anything is possible. You can have, do, and be, anything. Your fears and doubts have been programed in you since you were young, falsely, (another story, another day) and those fears are just the devil on your shoulder making you believe you can’t do stuff. All we have to do is to be brave enough to cast those fears and doubts aside, to think inspired thoughts of all we wish to be, and all we wish to become, then ACT upon those thoughts. If we can do that; we can change our health, our relationships, and our lives all for the better.

Can YOU do it? I’m here to tell YOU, YES YOU CAN!

How do I know, because anything I can do YOU can do better, ha, some of you might know that song! On a serious note, I have done it, and I’m still doing it. ANDYOU CAN TOO! Change your thoughts starting right now, it is all about choice and the choice is always yours to make no matter what situation you are in now, you can change everything when you change your way of thinking.

How about saying, yes I can, to all the things you thought you couldn’t. Not only saying yes I can, how about then taking action and DOING them! Start to do the things you love to do!

You will be amazed at what you can do; it’s never too late for anything. There are women in Japan 85+ diving for oysters holding their breaths for up to 5 minutes!

A great alternative to a sandwhich! Shiitake mushroom soup! So easy to make and only takes 2 minutes!

Boil a kettle of water, while boiling, chop some Siitake mushrooms, and put in a saucepan along with two vegetable stock cubes, black pepper, a little burnt sesame oil, a little soy sauce, a hand full of frozen pees, then add boiling water. Biol for one minute then add a wod of rice noodles for one more minute. While that's boiling cut up fresh spring onions and fresh chilli if you desire, then serve!

It's delicious!

A corn Pasta dish dish I made last night, absolutely delicious! Who needs wheat!!!

Aubergine stuffed with Mozzarella & Cheddar cheese, in a home made tomato & garlic sauce with corn pasta! I also made garlic butter & coriander stuffed crispy Rye bread!



I have never felt better in life since I stopped eating wheat! It's so true, food is either your medicine or your poison! Not many people know how toxic wheat is since it was genetically modified GMO'D in the 70s because, so they thought, "world famine". It was modified into a strain that yielded ten fold the amount so all farmers had to have it or sink. We still are consuming that same toxic wheat today, yet you are told that it is good for your heart!!! If you research you will find truth in these words, and then ask yourself why we are not told? Most people would not even know, especially diabetics, that two slices of wholemeal bread is equivalent to six teaspoons of sugar on a glycemic index. How is life with you? I must admit, there are plain sailing days, there are real hard days, and definitely some fantastic days too!  I can’t lie, it takes a lot of willpower to say no to wheat foods day in and day out, as you know there are so many, from bread to cakes to biscuits, to pies to the batter on fish and Chinese food, to wheat found in sauces and a hundred other places you never had dreamed of! So what can one do to keep a smile on ones face without feeling so hard done by.


If you have enough passion in you to want to be healthy, and to know what it feels like to be wheat free, “that kind of healthy”, then you must take that passion you have, and use it on inventing wonderful food alternatives, if you don’t, mark my words, you’ll give up. Be prepared to buy and consume food in a completely new and different way.  There are many alternatives to have instead of the toxic wheat of today. There are so many recipes on line, and there are so many alternatives than having a sandwich, all you have to do is to be bothered!


As you can see in this blog I am a vegetarian too, you can add any fish or meat to these recipes, better organic. You will also find all information on why wheat is so toxic, recipes and more, just scroll down this blog!


Vegetable pie and vegetable pasties.


 1 Large potato

1 Large onion

Half cup frozen pees

Half cup frozen sweet corn

Half a packet of fresh spinach

Any other veg you like

Sea salt & pepper

Garlic to taste

Curry powder “Madras”

1 vegetable stock cube

Sesame, coconut, or walnut oil to fry vegetables in.

Fry all veg, spinach add last and then add all spices, cover and leave to cool


Make the dough


3 Cups Plain non wheat flour (I get my flour from

1 Cup butter


Little water, enough to mix and make doughFor the pasties make little balls then roll them out in a circle, spoon filling in the center, paste water around the edges and form into pasty shapes.


With the pie, roll out a large amount of dough, spread veg all over, leaving the edges free to paste water to stick together ends. Then lift one end and start to roll, roll till you get to the end then press the edges of the pie together. And there you have a rollypolly pie!

We are coming up to our 3rd Free Health Seminar on Thursday the 26th September  Casa ventura, sports and social club, Calle Arbizu  No 1, San Luis, Torreveja!


It’s been two months since the last seminar being the hot weather out here! Well, how have you been doing on your wheat free life style?


The past two months have not been all easy to say the least, but they have been creative.


I’ve had my ups and downs of not knowing what to cook, it’s a bit more difficult when you are vegetarian too! OO I missed out dairy free, wheat free vegetarians, you think you’ve got it bad! No, really on a serious note, I FEE FANTASTIC!!!


I’m cooking things I have not made before and becoming quite inventive.

It’s hard to describe what it feels like to take control of your health, what I can say is you feel amazing, like you almost forgot what it was to feel healthy!


Giving up wheat is the best thing I ever did. I do not suffer any more with tummy cramps, my digestive system is in perfect order, I have much more energy, I seemed to be tired all the time before, not anymore!


Since the last seminar I have lost 8 kilos and feel great! This has become a way of life for me now, and I love it, it just means to think in a different way and act upon those thoughts!! To cook in a different way, and to eat many different foods!

A lovely Vegetable Paella I made!


So easy! Vegetable Paella


1 Packet of mixed veg

Coconut oil to fry with

Olive oil

Basmati rice for two

Sea salt & black pepper


Paella spice


Fry the veg in a little coconut oil (healthy way of frying) not too long, keep them crispy!

Add, salt, pepper & chili

Then add the cooked rice, some olive oil, and the paella spice.

Mix all together! My way of making a healthy paella, instead of cooking it all in olive oil. Olive oil is good for you, but not when heated up.


And desert? Why not treat yourselves to these amazing antioxidant fruits! They are delicious supper foods and sooooOOO good for you!!!

 There’s nothing more refreshing than ice cold water melon on a hot day, why not make it even better serving it with fresh mint!



I have shared this tip with you before, this is an important reminder!


Be bothered to soak all your fruits and veg in apple cider vinegar. This removes pesticides, fill your sink with water then add 1 cup of apple cider vinegar, leave for ten minutes, then rinse with water and drain. You will FEEL a lot better for it!


 I am soaking these amazing supper food berries full of antioxidants, strawberries, blackberries and raspberries; they were so delicious and sweet without any sugar! Also portabella mushrooms

Beautiful vine tomatoes! We blend these with fresh garlic, fresh chilli, and then add rock salt and pure virgin olive oil, so good on sesame seed ryvitas! 

Asparagus! I love it fried in a little butter and then I add a little rock salt, I always use rock salt or sea salt, these salts are good for you, they contain minerals your body needs! SooOOO crunchy and yummy!


So my wheat free lovelies, why not fill yourselves with these wonderful nutritional foods, get energized and FEEL GREAT, instead of feeling lethargic from eating wheat and the list goes on………

Hello Free Wheaties!


The sandwich the sandwich, what can I have instead of a sandwich? I’m asked this question a lot. So I’m going to show you some alternatives and they take about the same time to make.


For example, I love rice noodles, so quick and easy to make, and you can add many different things, just like you would in a sandwich.


You might have guessed by now that I'm a vegetarian, but you can always add meat or fish to any savoury dish, or sweet, if that’s your fancy!


I still find myself salivating at times for that toxic wheat. Although I always find saying NO to wheat leaves me feeling empowered, feeling healthy, and looking better too, the weight is still coming off!


I find it is so much better to feel a bit fed up, and not give in to eating wheat, rather than to feel unwell, tired all the time, stomach upset, irritable bowel, and the list goes on, these are just a few effects some people have eating wheat.


So here my free Wheaties is a little rice noodle dish I made instead of that sandwich, and guys, this is for you too! It’s easy, it’s delicious, and a healthier option to a toxic wheat sandwich!


Shitake Mushrooms, Bean Sprouts & Noodles


1 cup Shitake mushrooms or any of your choice


2 wads rice noodles


1 Onion


2 tbl spoons coconut oil


1 small packet bean sprouts


Handful of frozen peas


Rock salt & pepper


Chili flakes


Garlic powder


1 tbl spoon Sesame seed oil


3Vegetable stock cubes




Boil kettle, cut onion and fry in coconut oil,


Place noodles in saucepan and cover with boiling water and add the stock cubes to it.


Add all other ingredients to the onion, stir for a couple of minutes, then add all to the noodles stirring well.


This takes me approx. 4 minutes to make & serves 2 .

Hope all is well with you and you’re enjoying the summer! I’m feeling wonderful how about you? I’m really enjoying eating lots of fruit and vegetables; when you cut out wheat, you feel hard done by at first, but you’re left with the feeling of wellness, the feeling of lightness, and the feeling of having a lot more energy. You soon tend to look back at wheat as the toxic poison it is. To me, giving up wheat was like giving up smoking, sometimes the urge of wanting a sandwich pops in my mind, yes, I salivate for a second, I consciously realise it’s harmful to me, and then that feeling goes and I can carry on my day feeling great, great in mind, because I was in control, great for my health, no toxins, and great that I can now tell you it’s possible, If I can do it, you can do it, it’s possible!


And now my free Wheaties, a few things I threw together, hope you enjoy!




Simply boil all vegetables together for 20 minutes, drain well, put in a dish, and add rock salt, pepper, and garlic.


Cook in hot oven till slightly burnt!

Why 80 Percent of People Worldwide Will Soon Stop Eating Wheat

The future of wheat is certain, and it’s toxic. There are as many health risks associated with the consumption of wheat as there are nutritional benefits claimed by the wheat industry. Why is there such a strong emphasis on the development of wheat products all over the world when there are so many adverse and crippling effects such as neurological impairment, dementia, heart disease, cataracts, diabetes, arthritis and visceral fat accumulation, not to mention the full range of intolerances and bloating now experienced by millions of people?


Approximately 700 million tons of wheat are now cultivated worldwide making it the second most-produced grain after maize. It is grown on more land area than any other commercial crop and is considered a staple food for humans.


At some point in our history, this ancient grain was nutritious in some respects, however modern wheat really isn’t wheat at all. Once agribusiness took over to develop a higher-yielding crop, wheat became hybridized to such an extent that it has been completely transformed from it’s prehistorical genetic configuration. All nutrient content of modern wheat depreciated more than 30% in its natural unrefined state compared to its ancestral genetic line. The balance and ratio that mother nature created for wheat was also modified and human digestion and physiology could simply could not adapt quick enough to the changes.

The Nutritional Value of Wheat is Practically Non-Existent
In Its Current Form


So-called health experts in nutrition who continue to promote the health benefits of wheat are extremely uninformed about the nature of modern wheat and its evolution from growth to consumption. It is shocking how many professionals in public health still recommend wheat products without an assessment of their individual requirements, especially considering the amount of evidence regarding its lack of nutrition and health risks for proportionally large segments of the population.


The majority of wheat is processed into 60% extraction, bleached white flour. 60% extraction–the standard for most wheat products means that 40% of the original wheat grain is removed. So not only do we have an unhealthier, modified, and hybridized strain of wheat, we also remove and further degrade its nutritional value by processing it. Unfortunately, the 40% that gets removed includes the bran and the germ of the wheat grain–its most nutrient-rich parts. In the process of making 60% extraction flour, over half of the vitamin B1, B2, B3, E, folic acid, calcium, phosphorus, zinc, copper, iron, and fiber are lost. Any processed foods with wheat are akin to poison for the body since they cause more health risks than benefits. The body does not recognize processed wheat as food. Nutrient absorption from processed wheat products is thus consequential with almost no nutritional value.


Some experts claim if you select 100% whole wheat products, the bran and the germ of the wheat will remain in your meals, and the health benefits will be impressive. This is again a falsity promoted by the wheat industry since even 100% whole wheat products are based on modern wheat strains created by irradiation of wheat seeds and embryos with chemicals, gamma rays, and high-dose X-rays to induce mutations. Whether you consume 10% or 100% of wheat is irrelevant since you’re still consuming a health damaging grain that will not benefit, advance or even maintain your health in any way.


Dr. Marcia Alvarez who specializes in nutritional programs for obese patients says that when it comes to nutrition, wheat may be considered as an evil grain. “Modern wheat grains could certainly be considered as the root of all evil in the world of nutrition since they cause so many documented health problems across so many populations in the world.” Dr. Alvarez asserted that wheat is now responsible for more intolerances than almost any other food in the world. “In my practice of over two decades, we have documented that for every ten people with digestive problems, obesity, irritable bowel syndrome, diabetes, arthritis and even heart disease, eight out of ten have a problem with wheat. Once we remove wheat from their diets, most of their symptoms disappear within three to six months,” she added. Dr. Alvarez estimates that between the coming influx of genetically modified (GM) strains of wheat and the current tendency of wheat elimination in societies, that a trend is emerging in the next 20 years that will likely see 80% of people cease their consumption of wheat from any form.

Genetic Modification 


The GM wheat currently being tested for approval for production in Canada is a new variety of hard red spring wheat which has been genetically engineered to be tolerant to glyphosate, the active ingredient in Monsanto’s herbicide Roundup. Monsanto Canada Inc. requested the approval of GE wheat from Health Canada in July 2002 and for the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) in December 2002.


In July 2009, the most hated company in the world Monsanto, announced new research into GM wheat and industry groups kicked their promotion of GM wheat into high gear. “Widespread farmer and consumer resistance defeated GM wheat in 2004 and this global rejection remains strong, as demonstrated by today’s statement,” said Lucy Sharratt, Coordinator of the Canadian Biotechnology Action Network.


There are now even claims by researchers in Australia have developed a form of salt-tolerant wheat that will allow farmers to grow crops in soil with high salinity. They created the new form of wheat by crossing a modern strain with an ancient species, and the researchers believe this new super-wheat will allow farmers to grow more food crops on land previously thought to be off limits to agriculture. Critics suggest that new strains will be foreign to current ecological systems and will be unsustainable without massive chemical intervention.


Industry claims that the introduction of GM wheat will lead to a reduction in herbicide use, a claim that has been made prior to the introduction of other herbicide tolerant (HT) crops such as Roundup Ready (RR) soybeans, canola and corn. These claims have been contradicted by US government statistics that show that GM HT crops such as RR crops use more pesticides than conventional crops. These state GM crops can receive as much as 30 percent more herbicide than non-GM crops. Not only do GM crops use more pesticides but they also force the farmer to purchase one single brand of herbicide, in this case Monsanto brand Roundup.


If introduced, GE wheat will enter farmers’ rotations along with the already HT canola and soybeans. This compounds the issue of superweeds as each crop sown would be HT, so any seed that fell from the crop before harvest would pose a threat of becoming an uncontrollable weed, or contained by using increasingly toxic herbicides. How can we believe that pesticide use will decrease with GE wheat?


These developments are also taking place in the United States which is the third largest wheat producer in the world. Fertilizers, herbicides, fungicides, and growth regulators are all becoming more chemically potent and their frequency of application continues to increase every 5 years. American scientists are currently developing GM strains of wheat conferring resistance to fungal diseases. Wheat is becoming such a transmutated grain, that it someday may not even be called wheat.


Health Effects 


A powerful little chemical in wheat known as ‘wheat germ agglutinin’ (WGA) which is largely responsible for many of wheat’s pervasive, and difficult to diagnose, ill effects. Researchers are now discovering that WGA in modern wheat is very different from ancient strains. Not only does WGA throw a monkey wrench into our assumptions about the primary causes of wheat intolerance, but due to the fact that WGA is found in highest concentrations in “whole wheat,” including its supposedly superior sprouted form, it also pulls the rug out from under one of the health food industry’s favorite poster children.


Each grain of wheat contains about one microgram of Wheat Germ Agglutinin (WGA). Even in small quantities, WGA can have profoundly adverse effects. It may be pro-inflammatory, immunotoxic, cardiotoxic … and neurotoxic.


Below the radar of conventional serological testing for antibodies against the various gluten proteins and genetic testing for disease susceptibility, the WGA “lectin problem” remains almost entirely obscured. Lectins, though found in all grains, seeds, legumes, dairy and our beloved nightshades: the tomato and potato, are rarely discussed in connection with health or illness, even when their presence in our diet may greatly reduce both the quality and length of our lives. Yet health experts dismiss the links between disease and wheat despite all the evidence.


Dr William Davis has documented several hundred clinical studies on the adverse effects of wheat. These are studies that document the neurologic impairments unique to wheat, including cerebellar ataxia and dementia; heart disease; visceral fat accumulation and all its attendant health consequences; the process of glycation via amylopectin A of wheat that leads to cataracts, diabetes, and arthritis; among others. There are, in fact, a wealth of studies documenting the adverse, often crippling, effects of wheat consumption in humans.


The other claim is that wheat elimination ‘means missing out on a wealth of essential nutrients. Another falsity. Dr. Davis states that if you replace wheat with healthy foods like vegetables, nuts, healthy oils, meats, eggs, cheese, avocados, and olives, then there is no nutrient deficiency that develops with elimination of wheat. Dr Davis also states that people with celiac disease may require long-term supplementation due to extensive gastrointestinal damage caused by wheat.


People with celiac disease do indeed experience deficiencies of multiple vitamins and minerals after they eliminate all wheat and gluten from the diet. But this is not due to a diet lacking valuable nutrients, but from the incomplete healing of the gastrointestinal tract (such as the lining of the duodenum and proximal jejunum). In these people, the destructive effects of wheat are so overpowering that, unfortunately, some people never heal completely. These people do indeed require vitamin and mineral supplementation, as well as probiotics and pancreatic enzyme supplementation.


Due to the unique properties of amylopectin A, two slices of whole wheat bread increase blood sugar higher than many candy bars. High blood glucose leads to the process of glycation that, in turn, causes arthritis (cartilage glycation), cataracts (lens protein glycation), diabetes (glycotoxicity of pancreatic beta cells), hepatic de novo lipogenesis that increases triglycerides and, thereby, increases expression of atherogenic (heart disease-causing) small LDL particles, leading to heart attacks. Repetitive high blood sugars that develop from a grain-rich diet are, in my view, very destructive and lead to weight gain (specifically visceral fat), insulin resistance, leptin resistance (leading to obesity), and many of the health struggles that many now experience.


Wheat gliadin has been associated with cerebellar ataxia, peripheral neuropathy, gluten encephalopathy (dementia), behavioral outbursts in children with ADHD and autism, and paranoid delusions and auditory hallucinations in people with schizophrenia, severe and incapacitating effects for people suffering from these conditions.


According to statistics from the University of Chicago Celiac Disease Center, an average of one out of every 133 otherwise healthy people in the United States suffers from CD. However, an estimated 20-30 percent of the world’s population may carry the genetic susceptibility to celiac disease–and the way to avoid turning these genes ‘on’ is by avoiding gluten.


When you consider that undiagnosed CD is associated with a nearly four-fold increased risk of premature death, the seriousness of this food sensitivity becomes quite evident. The primary disease mechanism at play is chronic inflammation, and chronic inflammatory and degenerative conditions are endemic to grain-consuming populations.


Changes in genetic code and, thereby, antigenic profile, of the high-yield semi-dwarf wheat cultivars now on the market account for the marked increase in celiac potential nationwide. “Hybridization” techniques, including chemical mutagenesis to induce selective mutations, leads to development of unique strains that are not subject to animal or human safety testing–they are just brought to market and sold.


Author and preventive cardiologist William Davis, MD, wheat’s new biochemical code causes hormone disruption that is linked to diabetes and obesity. “It is not my contention that it is in everyone’s best interest to cut back on wheat; it is my belief that complete elimination is in everyone’s best health interests,” says Dr. Davis, “In my view, that’s how bad this thing called ‘wheat’ has become.”


Chemical mutagenesis using the toxic mutagen, sodium azide, of course, is the method used to generate BASF’s Clearfield herbicide-resistant wheat strain. These methods are being used on a wide scale to generate unique genetic strains that are, without question from the FDA or USDA, assumed to be safe for human consumption.


Wheat-Free Options


* Note that many of the wheat-free options still contain gluten.


1. Cereal Grains: Barley, millet, oats, rice, rye, sorghum, tef and wild rice are all in the same cereal grain family as is wheat. All flours ground from cereal grains may be used as a wheat substitute. Commonly available are barley, buckwheat, rice and rye flour. The less utilized flours may be purchased online or from natural food stores. Note: people with a gluten allergy must also avoid barley, oats and rye.


2. Non-Cereal Grains: Amaranth, quinoa and buckwheat are three grain-like seeds unrelated to cereal grains. (Despite its name, buckwheat is not a wheat-relative.) It is rare for anyone to develop a sensitivity to these non-cereal grains. Amaranth, quinoa and buckwheat are gluten-free and therefore not suitable for making leavened bread; however, they make excellent quick breads and cookies.


3. Nut Meal: Ground nuts such as almonds, hazelnuts or walnuts make the richest flour substitute for cookies and cakes. Because their fragile fatty acid content gives them a brief shelf life, it’s preferable to grind your own nuts in a food processor just prior to use. Nut meal requires a binding agent such as eggs. Because chestnuts are lower in fat than other nuts, chestnut flour has a longer shelf life. It is available online.


4. Bean Flour: Dried beans, such as navy, pinto and chickpeas may be milled and used, in combination with other flours, as a wheat alternative. Bean flour is, however, not always recommended. It tastes like beans and makes baked goods dense and hard to digest.


5. Other Flour Substitutes: Potato starch, arrowroot powder, and tapioca are thickening agents that substitute for wheat in sauces and gravy. In baked goods these starchy ingredients serve as a binding agent.


Due to the irresponsible high frequency hybridization, processing and inevitable genetic modification of modern wheat, there is only one solution for the health and wellness of future generations. Stop eating wheat and educate as many people as you can on the coming strains of this grain which will be much more deadly than they already are today.

The more raw veg you eat the healthier you are!


Don’t forget to wash your fruit and veg in water and cider vinegar to get rid of any pesticides!




Half a cabbage


3 big carrots


Half cup sultanas


2 tablespoons mayonnaise “full fat” (never eat low fat, better to eat less!)


Quarter teaspoon curry powder


You can also added walnuts and red onion, even more delicious!

If you were at our last seminar you would know all the benefits about coconut oil!


If you were not, you might be interested to know that the saturated fat in coconut oil prevents it from easily oxidizing.


Oxidation renders even healthy oils, such as olive oil, unhealthy due to the creation of free radicals, which are carcinogenic.


Coconut oil can withstand high temperatures, making it a great oil for high-temperature stir-fries searing and frying. Coconut oil has so many health benefits, the main one being its effect on Alzheimer’s disease.


Researchers say the ketones found in coconut oil have slowed the progression of Alzheimer's disease in some people and may actually prevent it.


So, here’s to healthy frying, “did I just say that?” yes I did! Can you believe it! A great way to consume coconut oil!


Coconut oil is also amazing used on your skin hair and nails, the same coconut oil that you would use to cook with. Sometimes it is called coco butter, it also solidifies at room temperature and melts when warmer.


So my wheat free lovelies, have a treat, have some healthy home made chips!


And another amazing fact about coconut oil is when you fry with it, the house smells not of frying, but, rather of beautiful fresh coconuts!!!

Hello my free wheaties,


Here is another tasty something you can have instead of that sandwich!




Serves 2


Two large potatoes


Half a Cabbage


Curry powder


Garam Masala


Garlic powder


Chilli flakes


Half a teaspoon cinnamon


Sea salt and pepper


Squirt of fresh lemon juice


3 tablespoons of Coconut oil

Peel and cut potatoes into chunks

Shred half a cabbage


Heat up coconut oil in pan


Add potatoes & stir now and then for a minute or two


Add all other ingredients except the cabbage and lemon juice and stir for another two minutes


Add the Cabbage and lemon juice, turn the heat down to simmer, stir and cover with lid until potatoes are soft

If you are finding it difficult knowing what to eat in restaurants, for instance you are not quite sure if there is wheat in what you are ordering, never be afraid to ASK!


This is your body, your health is involved and there should be no question of thinking you are putting others out! Say firmly “I do not eat wheat”. I say this because I know myself, I have eaten things in the past to be polite and make things easy for others.


Never, never would I eat just to be polite, and never would I eat to make things easy for others, never, not on your nelly, or my nelly, not anymore!


I see it as your body is your temple and it is up to you, and you alone to take the best care of it! Who else will?


Sometimes we forget what feeling well feels like, I speak with experience that in the past I have kept a smile on my face in public, when really I have not felt well at all, as I know many others have too, we pretend to ourselves and others that we are fine, when really we are suffering all different kinds of discomforts!


What I never knew before is that, WE ARE WHAT WE EAT!


Never has there been a truer statement than that! If we choose to eat healthily we feel healthy, and if we choose to eat junk food we feel like junk!


When you feel healthy you want to jump out of bed in the mornings.


When you feel healthy you move quicker.


When you feel healthy you wear a constant smile.


When you feel healthy the world is your oyster, and, feeling healthy I can assure you has nothing to do with age! There are women in Japan deep sea diving in their 70s and 80s holding their breaths for up to five minutes and have been doing that every day nearly all their lives! These women “think” differently to the majority, they do not label themselves too old for anything, such as the western world tend to.


I see true happiness is health, for without health you have nothing. For all the money or love for others is useless if you don’t have your health!


As an encouragement for all who are struggling giving up wheat, I have to say this, please be patient, use your will, because, by golly gosh you “will” feel fantastic after a few months. Time fly’s, why not fly wheat less and feel fantastic in no time at all!


You do not have to give up all goodies! There is, would you believe, plenty of lovely foods you can eat!


And here my lovelies are some more of my wheat free recipes!






Curried Lentils


One cup green lentils


One large onion


Boiling water


2 teaspoons Curry powder


4 cloves Garlic


1 teaspoon Garam masala


1 vegetable stock cube


Small jar of tomato fritter


Sea salt & pepper


Chilli flakes


Boil water and add to lentils and cook until they are soft. You might need to keep adding boiling water, don’t make them too dry.


Dice one large onion and fry in two tablespoons of coconut oil.


Crush garlic and add.


When onions have softened add the lentils and all other ingredients, and cook for another five minutes.




Wash rice really well to get rid of starch.


1 cup serves two people


Put rice in saucepan and cover with double the amount of cold water and a good pinch of sea salt.


Cover and bring to the boil.


When water is boiling turn the heat to the lowest and leave on with lid on for ten minutes.


Turn off after ten minutes and leave with lid on for another ten minutes.


It is now ready to serve.




Wash fresh spinach in water and apple cider vinegar, then rinse and drain well.


You need a big pot to cook it in, and yet it shrinks down a lot!


No need to add water just put the spinach in the pot and stir constantly, until spinach has softened. Add sea salt drain well and serve.






You can by plantain in most shops here, they look like green bananas! You need to leave them to ripen, I mean really ripen, wait till they are black and very soft and squidgy!


Peel plantain


Slice and cook in very hot coconut oil until both sides are golden brown. Blot off excess oil with kitchen paper towels, add a little sea salt and serve!

Just replace the carrots, cinnamon and pecans, with half a cup of almond meal, half a cup of coconut meal, plus two teaspoons of almond essence, some fresh stoned cherries, and throw a few almonds on top!


Keep all the rest of ingredients in!

Here are two very simple and very delicious dishes I love!


Cauliflower Cheese




Cheese of your choice “organic is best if you can get it”


Sea salt & crushed black pepper


Boil Cauliflower for 5 minutes & drain


Put Cauliflower into an oven dish add salt & pepper to taste, and then place cheese on top.


Cook in hot oven until cheese looks crispy!


I find it delicious without any sauce and only cheese!



Beetroot and Red Onion Salad      

Fresh Beetroot


Red Onion


Sea salt & Black pepper


Balsamic vinegar




Cut beetroot and onion


Mix together with sea salt, crushed black pepper & Balsamic vinegar.


Mix them together and what have you got? Bibady bobady boo!

Hello everyone, how has your wheat free life been this past week?

I have been feeling great this week, you know, it is not only eating healthily, taking certain supplements and exercising that makes you feel great. It is also the “discipline” of taking these actions that has you in control of your life, your health, and in the end, ultimately, your happiness.


What I call “discipline” is really just changing the way you “think” about things. For instance, instead of feeling hard done by that you don’t eat that piece of cake, feel fantastic instead, and love yourself for saying no to that toxic poison! 


Make yourself exciting foods you can eat and enjoy! This is real self-love, you making the effort for yourself!


You see, you have to “love” living a healthy lifestyle or it simply won’t work.


It is always about choice, choice to carry on, choice to give up, a choice, and always your choice to make!


I mentioned earlier that I feel great this week, I’m full of energy; my skin is looking great, I have lost more weight, and above all, having control of my health feels very empowering!


Sometimes people say to me, “I’m not seeing or feeling any different yet, I have been doing the right things and yet I still don’t feel good, why is this?”


The reason for this is that everything takes time, for you, for me, everyone is different.


I went through a few weeks of not feeling so great, not losing any weight and feeling hard done by at times, but I never gave up and now I take the prize!


The trouble is many people give up after a very short time. If you have lived an unhealthy lifestyle for many years you surly cannot expect to take a few supplements or cut out wheat from your diet for a few weeks and feel amazing, it takes time, it takes want, and it takes love and dedication!


I have been on a wheat free and healthy lifestyle for over two months now, how I feel now to how I felt even a few weeks ago is amazing!


Love yourself and start to love life!


A wheat free life of course!

Fill your sink up with water, add 0ne cup of apple cider vinegar.


Put all your fruit and vegetables in the sink too and leave them there for ten minutes.


Rinse with fresh water and drain.


This cleans your fruits and vegetables of pesticides, they will also stay crisp and fresh for longer in the fridge!

I hope you are all feeling wonderful!


So sorry for not blogging the past few days, It has been a little busy here at the clinic but I have made some lovely dishes which I have taken pictures to show you!


Well, I did not lose any weight for a couple of weeks; this week however, I have lost another two kilos! I feel so energetic; I’m much faster at cycling now than ever!


There has been some up and short down moments not eating wheat for six weeks it has been now, and I must say I am really starting to enjoy it!


You feel less hungry, a lot less hungry on a wheat free lifestyle, I have found that I do not eat half the amount as I used to, I just don’t need to!


I am looking forward to seeing you at the seminar this Thursday, 27th of June at the casa Ventura in San Luis. I shall print some recipes for you!


Here are some lovely dishes I have made over the past few days.


Strawberry & Avocado Salad






Balsamic Vinegar


Crushed black pepper corns


Mix all together and enjoy!













Little coconut oil




Sea salt &  crushed Black Pepper


Chilly if you wish


Cut all vegetables very fine and stir fry in a little coconut oil, garlic, sea salt and crushed black pepper for one or two minutes, just to heat through, eat, "munch"them almost raw, and even better eaten with chopsticks!




Blend all fruits together! It’s so lovely!

Lovely to make any time, or even as a cocktail for guests, with or with out alcohol!





Here is my carrot cake, only this time I added fresh stoned cherries.

Hello my wheat free lovelies!



How’s life with you today? I hope well and wheat free!


It’s been strange that in the last two weeks I have roughly stayed the same in weight. I have not budged much at all, which disheartened me for a mo and only a mo. You see, I am a changed person since I changed my way of thinking!


Me, the person before, would have been very disappointed and probably would have given up! That is giving up on loosing weight cutting wheat out my life, and that might have lead me too to forget the toxic facts of wheat as well!  


I have my thoughts set on a goal, no matter what why when or how, I shall not eat wheat! Right now, my health is more important!


I might not have lost any weight these past two weeks but, and a big but! Not my big but, ha ha, I definitely look and feel slimmer,I shall not give in!

Here is a lovely refreshing dish I made today!

Couscous with salad




Plain couscous


Garlic powder


Mixed herbs


Chili flakes


Sea salt & pepper


Mix all spices in the couscous then cover with boiling water, stir well, cover and leave for ten minutes while making the salad.




Two chopped tomatoes cut all salad very small


1 large Avocado


1 small red onion


Quarter of mixed salad packet, lettuce, carrots, red cabbage, all cut small


Dash of juice from a lemon


Sea salt


Mix well together, dress plate and enjoy!

Here is a lovely Corn pasta dish!




1 Packet of




1 Jar of Tomato Frita or make your own sauce.


Garlic, Sea Salt and Pepper to taste, add other spices if you wish.


1 Packet Parmesan Cheese.


 Chopped fresh Coriander


 Salad of your choice!


Boil Pasta for recommended time.


Heat the sauce.


Drain pasta, place on plate, add sauce, and sprinkle some parmesan cheese on top then some chopped coriander. Have with a side salad of your choice!




Hello free Wheaties!


Although it did not look to great outside at 7.00am this morning, it was! It looked like it was going to rain but never quite made it. It was so fresh cycling this morning, very odd weather for this time of year in Spain! I really pushed myself and the reward was how great I’ve been feeling all day!


Here is a great recipe my grandma taught me many years ago, a spinach flan that needs no crust and cuts just like a cake!


Spinach Flan


5 large eggs


Grated mature cheddar cheese


6 sliced mushrooms


1 large packet fresh spinach


Sea salt and pepper to taste


1 large beef tomato sliced very thinly


A little coconut or walnut oil.


Tip/  You can add onions, peppers or any vegetable you wish!


Heat a little coconut oil in a pan, a pan that you can also put in an oven.


Add mushrooms and other vegetables if you so wish.


Stand over pan and add the fresh spinach, keep adding and stirring till the whole packet is used and wilted in the pan.


Beat 5 eggs, add salt and pepper and add to the pan, stir eggs in with the spinach and veg and turn off the heat after 1 minute.


Place on top the sliced beef tomatoes and then sprinkle flan with the grated cheese.


Place in a heated oven 200 for about 15 to 20 mins, stick a knife in the middle to see if it is dry. If it is not dry leave in for a bit longer.


Take the flan out the oven, leave to cool. It is best eaten at room temperature!


It cuts like a cake and is delicious!   You can keep it in the fridge and have it for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Great served with a lovely salad!

It was a simply beautiful this Sunday, I know it sounds crazy but we were out at 7.00am this morning cycling, how beautiful it is at that time. The air is so fresh yet you feel the warmth of the glorious sun hugging your skin. The birds singing and the same bunch of birds come to greet us every morning where we stop at a cafe after our ride for a coffee; they enjoy the biscuits, the same bunch of birds greet us there  every day!  We even have a barking chat with the same bunch of guard dogs that we pass every morning, they bark at us and we bark back, a real conversation every morning with our new barking friends, I say friends because they do wag their tails while barking!

I thought instead of telling you day by day what I eat, I will write down some recipes I have tried out myself.

So here is what I made today and it was delicious! I shall add a picture of the cake tomorrow!

eggs, beaten



fresh dates, finely chopped   I used medjool dates



carrot, grated



Sultanas  soaked in juice of an orange



Flour, half rice flour and half oat flour



baking powder



ground cinnamon



grated nutmeg



mixed spice




1 cup pecan nuts or walnuts

Preheat oven: 190°C, 375°F, Gas 5


Line a 16-18cm (6-7") spring form cake tin with baking parchment.



Cream the butter in a large mixing bowl gradually beat in the eggs, the mixture may curdle at this stage, but this will not spoil the cake.



Mix in the dates, carrots, sultanas and nuts, mix well.



Sift the flour, baking powder, spices and salt, then gently fold into the fruit mixture, making sure it is thoroughly mixed without losing the beaten in air.



Spoon the mixture into the cake tin and bake for 55-60 minutes. To check if cooked insert a skewer into the middle of the cake, it should come out clean.



Remove cake from tin and allow cooling on a wire rack.



Dear wheat free friends,

I must say there has been lots of feeling great, and lots of feeling hard done by moments too, in my new wheat free life.

I have not given in; in fact, I have found that it is when you find the strength to say no to wheat that that is the precise moment when you feel greatly empowered!

I too have found that the hard done by moments do not last very long when you can change the way you “think” about yourself.

In my book, The Gift if only you knew, I talk quite a lot about “thoughts” and how they alone can and will change your life!

I know love is the key to attaining all desires, if you truly love yourself, you would not harm yourself knowingly. I’m not talking about conceited love, no; it is a hard love and at the same time a caring love for oneself, enough to care about yourself that you then have the ability to love and take care of others. I really wish I knew about this kind of love a long time ago!

Back to wheat, to be honest, cutting out wheat will feel like a challenge at first. Remember all things are hard at first, once you are in the swing of things it gets easier, you become more powerful, and guess what? It becomes great fun searching and preparing for other alternatives! A new life, a new you!

Saying no to wheat must become a habit. It would make a great hobby for couples to share and spend some time together cooking wheat free recipes for candle lit suppers!

Believe it or not, cutting out wheat leaves you feeling so energized you might want to go out dancing after!

We have invested in a wonderful healthy mind, body, and spiritual wheat free lifestyle.

I say invest because there is nothing like investing in your health. Some may say they have neither the time nor money to invest, quite honestly, have you time, or can you afford to be ill?

We all have this great gift called willpower, when used one feels truly amazing!

I mention mind, body and spiritual experience, why?


When you have the ability to change the way you “think” about yourself, you have love, you have control, and you have power.


When you are consuming the correct nutrients, taking exercise, not forgetting mental exercise, our body muscles need a physical work out, and our minds need a mental work out too! Find delicious alternative healthy foods to feed your bodies, and why not find some juicy knowledge about things that interest you and feed your minds lavishly too!

Do you remember what it feels like to be pain free?

By loving yourself enough to take care of your mind and body, and spirit, not only will you remember good health, you shall also FEEL IN GOOD HEALTH!


When your mind and body are in great shape, you are more spiritually in balance and connected with yourself, the world, and the universe. You will have a sense of peace and clarity of all things on a much higher spiritual level.

So, I have realized something, after being wheat free for some time now, I have realized that I am hardly hungry any more.


When I used to have bread or cereal, I was always hungry not long after I finished eating. I really seem to have lost that ravishing appetite. I find also that I am losing the craving for wheat also, well, may be not when I smell that bread being baked cycling past three super markets every morning!


I know some of us will find this difficult at times, but always remember this; you can always change your thoughts and start to love living a wheat free life!


It is a great thing that you are not alone, we are all in this together, I shall be glad to support any one who is in need.


This is not a “diet” this is a life change and can be very enjoyable with the right kind of thinking!


Sometimes we need to remind ourselves why we are doing this? Err, to “feel healthy” remember what that feels like?


Let’s do this guys for three months and exchange how we are feeling, I never believe anything, I have to see for myself, do you?


Let’s make this our little club! Our wheat free lifestyle club, are you in? 


Here is a recipe I shall try out as soon as I have all the ingredients, I shall take photos and let you know how it turned out!


Spelt Bread


1 tablespoon dried yeast


2 tablespoons granulated sugar


Half teaspoon sea salt


2 cups spelt flour


1 tablespoon oil


2 eggs


1 teaspoon cider or wine vinegar


Warm water


Place yeast and sugar together in one corner of canister, add salt and flour


Pour oil, eggs, and vinegar in a measuring cup.


Gently fill cup with warm water to equal 1 cup + 2 tablespoons water.


Add to bread canister. (Be sure kneader is in canister).


Set controls to basic bread setting and Push start button.


You are free to diddle around for 2 hours and 15 minutes.


Note: if your bread machine requires liquid to be added first, combine all ingredience and mix well, then add to your bread canister.


You can also use your own manual bread making skills



And on the seventh day she, rested, no bike ride this morning, I just had a real good Sunday lay in and loved it!

I bought some lovely ryvitas in Iceland, they have them in many flavours. I love the sesame seed one! 


Today was no problem for me, as it was yesterday. It was a beautiful day shared at very dear friends for lunch; I can’t remember laughing so much, my cheeks were sore!


Breakfast = Breakfast = A cup of apple tea with 1 teaspoon of honey & ginseng, a few shakes of cinnamon and some fresh ginger.


3 Ryvita’s  1with tuna, one with avocado, and one with cheese, all with tomato, and a little sea salt and pepper.


Lunch = Starter = cured tuna squares, goat cheese squares, bacarones “small fish”.


Mixed lovely salads and squid risotto.


Apple and coffee puree


Black coffee and two chocolates.


Dinner = A few brazil nuts, 2 medjool dates, melon, 1 ryvita with a little cheese.


Cup of fruit tea.


I drank lots of water throughout the day.






Wheat free day! Just!


Today was for the first time really difficult for me.


Suddenly I had this mad craving for bread and meat! I did not eat any wheat, but I did have a little duck.  


I have realized this, do not allow yourself to get very hungry, imagination runs wild!


I too have also realized how good it feels to be in control. We went to a wok bar early this evening and could only eat from the fresh section and a little rice on the cooked section, gosh; it is at times like this, you realize that nearly everything is made with flour!


 Breakfast = Breakfast = A cup of apple tea with 1 teaspoon of honey & ginseng, a few shakes of cinnamon and some fresh ginger.


2 Ryvita’s with tuna and a little mayo.


Lunch = A Banana


Late afternoon = A few strips of duck, lots of spring onion and cucumber with NO pancake!


A little rice, from the cooked section, and a lot of vegetables and a few prawns from the fresh section.


Lots of fresh fruit salad.


Evening = 1 small square of halva, a few brazil nuts, a banana and an apple tea!


I drank lots of water throughout the day and cycled at 7.00am for 45 mins!




Good evening free Wheaties!


It was a very busy and beautiful day today! Out this morning early on the bikes, very windy had to work twice as hard!  


Went to Torrevieja market and got all the goodies I mentioned yesterday.


Very busy in the clinic today and was wonderful to sit at the Nautilus for a drink after! I had a coffee Americano.


Breakfast = A cup of apple tea with 1 teaspoon of honey & ginseng, a few shakes of cinnamon and some fresh ginger.


Scrambled eggs, asparagus and baby green peppers.


Lunch = A Banana


Late afternoon = nothing


Dinner = I made a lovely prawn curry with rice, although I had mine with cottage cheese instead, chopped coriander sprinkled on top. Yes, I love coriander!


A couple of handfuls of mixed nuts, I have very small hands! and two medjool dates! So Yummy!




I drank lots of water throughout the day and cycled at 7.00am for 45 mins!

Late afternoon = Two Belgium chocolates!!! You’ve gota live it up at least once a day!


Dinner = Big tuna salad and a few chips!


Fruit = grapes and a pear.

Lunch = Russian salad =  potatoes, Tuna, boiled eggs, peas, sweet corn, carrots, olives black and green, salt pepper and a little full fat Hellmans mayonnaise.


Late afternoon = sshh! Coffee Americano and two Belgium dark chocolates!  


Dinner = Boiled cauliflower, then grilled with grated mature cheddar cheese.


Fruit = a pear, 


Drink =Apple tea.


I drank lots of water throughout the day and cycled at 7.00am for 45 mins!


DR Davis Williams


Is Wheat good for our hearts? Does Margarine lower cholesterol?


DR Davis Williams, a heart specialist, wondered why the same patients kept returning to his clinic on a regular basis for procedures that should have worked the first time.

He told his patients to cut out wheat from their diet for three months and found remarkable results.

DR Williams found that when his patients returned after three months, all had lost a great amount of weight especially around the belly.

He also found that patients who also suffered with problems such as diabetes, arthritis, psoriasis, eczema, fatigue syndrome, bowl problems, and many other illnesses returned saying that they no longer suffered with these disorders anymore!

Wheat is not the same as it used to be before the seventies. Wheat was genetically modified from a grain that stood about 4 foot tall, now it is a strain that is a dwarf grain and stands about 2 feet tall and yields 10 times the amount of wheat than the older grain. They cross breed wheat over and over till they came up with the wheat we have today. They did this in the seventies because of fear of world famine.

They did not realize is how toxic this wheat is to human consumption. Millions of years ago we were hunters and gatherers. We picked fruits, nuts, seeds and berries, as well as hunting fish and animals; we did not eat any grains.

Not many people know that two slices of brown bread raises blood sugar levels more than 6 teaspoons of sugar, and margarine is 1% away from being plastic, if you left margarine outside a fly would never even land on it.

I have started a wheat free lifestyle and have not consumed wheat for the past two weeks. I have lost three and a half kilos and I feel fantastic!

You might think, GOSH! How can I give up wheat? What about breakfast? What about the sandwich I have in the evening or at lunch? Bread, cake, biscuits, pizza, pasta, battered fish, pastries, pies, sauces, it seems to be in everything, and quite honestly, it is!

Now, where do you go from here? What can you actually eat?

There are lots of alternatives I shall tell you about. Try not to think of this as a diet, but as a new and very different way of eating, a change of the way you think about food and a change of lifestyle!

Why not have a go for three months yourselves on this big adventure and see how you feel after!

I have taken this up as a new hobby and believe it or not it’s quite fun! You can really enjoy searching, preparing, cooking, and eating in new ways; you’ll feel fantastic, full of vitality, healthy, twenty years younger and quite amazingly light and very energetic!

Gosh, did I just say all that? YES I DID! Because that’s how I feel!

One thing to mention, you might find an attack coming on of what can I have instead of wheat?

Don’t panic, I shall write a list of items and where you can buy them. If anyone reading this blog has any contributions they would be very welcome under comments!

You can have rice, potato, corn pasta, quinoa, cuscus and I shall keep adding more as I get to know more.

Try to replace wheat with more vegetables, salads, fruits and nuts, more than the above!

Amazing people!

Hello, my name is Anthea Morphitis, I am a Greek Cypriot 33 year old single mother of 2, born and raised in North London. I grew up on an estate in Enfield, and became a single mother at the age of 20.

I worked in the finance industry for 6 years, and I walked away from the 9-5 job in 2009 when an opportunity came to move to Cyprus and build my own team in network marketing.

It was a decision so positive that It turned my life upside down and back to front!!

 Just before the move was taking place, I was stopped by my daughters father, being told I was “kidnapping”  I then faced a two and a half year court case, where mine and my children’s life was placed in the hands of the law, that lead us to such feelings of despair.

This is where I started to really endorse Law of attraction, wanting to understand why this had happened and what life was really about; from here forth life was a roller-coaster, I was  going through so many negative and positive emotions, trying to grasp the whole concept, but  at the same time I was going through the harsh reality that everything was causing more negative emotions which eventually lead to me becoming homeless in Nov 2011.

I was sleeping on the floor of a friend’s bedsit; feeling like life was not worth living, being stopped from seeing my children because of my situation. It was then that I decided enough was enough, this was not who I was, I knew I was worth far more than this, my children deserved the best in life and so did I.

I took everything I had learned and starting putting it into action, slowly but surely turning my life from negative to positive, appreciating all that I had, I am now sitting in my 3 bedroom house with my children and loving every second of life, directing and co-producing a captivating TV documentary, and am now the  Author of “Feel good Now, from me to you” being published in June 2013!

I have always had a desire to write a book based on my life experiences and in March 2012 I rented a room from friend, while the children were living at my mums. I felt it was the right time to begin, my friend helped people get started so I took the opportunity to set a structure, and I began writing, I stopped shortly after and re started in November 2012, the inspiration to write was so strong that I couldn’t help but write!!

I am inspired by my children, they help me hold my faith and belief, my children are my angels and have taught me so much. I am also inspired by Ester Hicks (Abraham) who has been my teacher, and her material is what has changed my life!

I have written a book to give my personal touch to this world and share my personal journey so far as a single mother, I share how I overcome adversity and how learning about the Law of Attraction has changed my life. I have become a thinking being and have taught myself how not to react too so many things.

I am passionate about inspiring people to be the best that they can be, to teach through the clarity of my own example to create what you would like to experience, replacing doubt and worry to expecting and knowing, being happy with where you are in your life right now and being satisfied with your life knowing that you will receive everything you want and more. I love teaching others and have successfully helped others re gain control of their life. I believe everybody has a purpose in life and each individual adds value to this world in their own unique way.

The purpose of this book is to share my personal life journey as a single mother and how I went from negative to positive, and from hate to love. Fresh vegetables are important components of a healthy diet.



Our body is our temple, and we need to take care of it to obtain a healthy life! Here are some healthy tips; it is your choice in which you choose to follow. Remember, the more you follow, the healthier you shall become!

1 Do you have a healthy diet? I.e. Fruits, vegetables, raw and organic is better.

2 Are you taking the right supplements?

3 Do you exercise regularly? Something you enjoy doing, walking, dancing?

4 Do you drink enough water? You should be drinking 7 to 8 glasses of water a day.

5 Cut down on processed foods, or better still, cut them out of your diet.

6 Eat less red meat, and eat more fish containing omega 3.

7 Eat less fried foods and sugary foods, i.e. chips, donuts, sugar, cakes, and biscuits.

8 Eat less food containing wheat, or cut wheat out of your diet all together.

9 Go for brown carbs vs. white, and try to eat organic where possible.

10 Prepare your meals yourself; you know what is in them.

11 Do not use a microwave oven, it has high levels of dangerous radiation.

12 Breathe deeply and expand your lungs.

13 Love yourself, be positive, let go of negative thoughts, and negative people.

14 Have a goal, have a purpose in life!

15 Learn to relax, meditate, walk or stand in your garden barefooted.

16 Have good dental hygiene, a lot of health problems starts there.

17 Improve your posture; this improves the health of your spine and your looks.

18 Your mind is very important; keep it active, by reading, or doing puzzles.

19 Are you getting enough sleep, the hours before midnight are of more quality.

20 Smile, it releases endorphins that keep you happy!

  I met a wonderful lady on face book who very much inspired me, and I know she shall inspire all who read her beautiful book "BE LOVE" by Naomi Malm.

Author Profile

Naomi was raised in Wisconsin and completed her undergraduate work at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.  While working full time in Chicago she went to school in the evening and obtained her post graduate degree from Loyola University.

For many years her desired to write remained in her heart, waiting for her attention. She loved raising her sons and will forever treasure her time with them.

And so now, the opportunity to write need wait no longer. Her personal experiences are crafted into each chapter of BE LOVE.  It is her hope that BE LOVE will touch hearts, reminding us of the gifts available within to all.

How BE LOVE the book came to be

For a long time I’ve felt a calling to write.  It wasn’t until after my mother passed that I started to spend regular time in my heart space, in prayer, in meditation, in silence.  This took some discipline and the rewards have been far beyond any expectation.  Silence is a great teacher.  Silence can force out the distractions of the day.  Silence is a gift.  Silence brings you a connection to your higher self.  Silence awaits your attention.  It does not come looking for you; you must decide to look for it.

The world is full of many distractions.  Some people have hobbies which they enjoy.  Some people relax with music, photography, television, running or other sports.  Some people are very uncomfortable with quiet.  To them quiet may be boring or void of interest.  These people love to be entertained.  In fact, some are addicted to being entertained.    They literally don’t know what to do with themselves without ‘activity.’  When activity is absent, they fall asleep from exhaustion from all their busyness or as a method of avoidance.  Do you know anyone like this?  Perhaps you’ve seen this syndrome in a friend, a relative or possibly yourself?

Honestly I was busy raising my sons and on some level giving all my energy to others.  Like many a young mother I was putting everyone before me.  I was doing my best given the situation but I was not truly loving myself.  I was not taking good care of me.

So for me, the prelude to my book was preparing myself to look at things differently.  I decided to establish some new sacred practices.  I began the day lighting a candle and saying prayers.  I closed my prayers with some writing, usually just a few paragraphs each day.  Then I started ending my day in prayer too.  For me this calmed my heart and spirit.  This allowed me to learn to look forward to the silence, for it was my teacher.  At the time I didn’t realize that I was getting very comfortable with writing a little bit each day.  I was open to writing from my soul; asking questions and in the silence receiving answers.  This is sacred writing. 

We all have great power within us.  We often just don’t take the time to explore the silence and to let it show us the many possibilities.  If I could give a gift to the world I would want everyone to know how to pray, meditate and/or spend time in sacred writing. It has brought much beauty and peace into my life.  BE LOVE is the beginning of what I am meant to share.

BE LOVE is my effort to remind the world that LOVE is WHO YOU ARE.  When we drop into our heart space we recognize this truth.

We, in the west have gotten very used to instant gratification.  We want things NOW.  Sometimes children are not learning to wait.  Sometimes we need to recognize that things happen in Divine Time, not necessarily on our preferred schedule.

I liken it to Glinda the Good Witch of the North from the Wizard of Oz.  At the very end of the movie she tells Dorothy that all she has to do is tap her feet together and say, “There’s no place like home”.  Dorothy is confused.  She cannot understand why Glinda did not tell her sooner.  And the response from the good witch, “You wouldn’t have believed me if I told you.  You needed to learn for yourself.”

Like Dorothy, we need to learn for ourselves.  We are all on our own path.  As we learn and are thankful for the lessons we can move forward.  But, you must learn for yourself.  If you do not learn the lesson, it will come back… again and again.  My brother tells me, learn or the lesson will return.  It’s really up to you.

I cannot learn for you.  You cannot learn for me.  We came to have our own experiences.  We did not come for the struggle.  But sometimes we do struggle.  We did though come for the experience.

For me it was a wonderful experience to write, edit and share from my heart.  I am grateful for all the kind people that shared their reviews of BE LOVE with me and the world.  I’ve hoped that my writing would bless people to consider some things under a new light.  I want to lift hearts to new heights for as we lift each other, the world in turn is blessed.  We are all connected and our energy is felt by not only by those around us but by the planet herself. 

We do not live in a vacuum.  What we think do and put out into the world does return to us, often in unexpected ways.  We have choices to make.  We can either lift each other up or tear each other down.  Whatever we choose will set up our future.  When we lift each other, we are lifted.  When we tear each other down, we will feel that experience.  One is kindness to others and in turn we feel the joy of being kind.  The other is the direct opposite experience.

To use a sports analogy, the ball is always in your court.  You choose what you experience by how you think, move and act in the world. What you put out into the world comes back to you magnified. 

I tell my sons, Your Joy is my Joy.  This is a reminder to me that we are all connected.  It helps me to keep my vibration up and to do what I can to help others do the same.

There seems to be some confusion about the law of attraction. While wishing, visualizing, dreaming, or praying, you are creating the first step of the law, “thought”. It is only by “Acting” on your “thoughts” that turn them into reality. The law of attraction is a “term” used to explain the true meaning of the law. The true meaning being “We Become What We Think About” Which then leads us to thought vibration. Everything in the universe is energy vibrating at different levels, every single thing from the moon to a tree, to your dog, a ball, your thoughts and all are all vibrating in different frequencies, ranging from high to low, and it is YOU who gets to decide which frequency to be in. Your thoughts, which create your vibrations, put YOU in a High or low frequency state, whether you “Know” it or not, you are indeed picking up universal frequencies, tapping in with every thought.

In my book, “The Gift if only you knew” if only you knew means, if only you knew, that YOU have a choice of creating great thoughts, great actions and a great life. You have a choice of “becoming” and creating your life exactly as you wish it to be.

You CAN take the option of which vibration to be in no matter what situation you are in. If you are wishing, you know that place, the vibration radio station, I wish upon a star, that place where everyone is wishing and will continue to wish as long as they keep wishing! Hah, if only you knew! Wishing upon that star, you will always be wishing upon that star, because you have tuned into the vibration wishing frequency, and YOU WILL wish away for ever!

This I feel is where the confusion lies!

“We Become What We Think About”

Now, take a very close look at the word “Become” In fact, stare at it for a while and THINK, what does the word “become” actually mean? It means “to come into Being”!

It is you, Being, and taking action on your thoughts that create the high energy vibration of joyful magic, or the low energy vibration of misery and ill health in your life. With thought alone you are, and always will be dreaming, in a visualizing slumber, of maybe a blissful beautiful dream, or a never ending nightmare!

Did you know that, You, have created your life, up until this very moment, with every single thought, that’s lead You to every single action creating your every day, whether You were conscious of this fact or not.

 I often wonder how, and why on earth do some people expect to just visualise with all the faith and belief in the world and god, that, visualising alone, will manifest dreams into reality.

Whomever you are praying to, I’m sure would be looking at you, thinking, great, wow, visualizing hmmm, now how about getting up and taking some action with all the miraculous capabilities I have granted you with! The Law of Attraction always talks about gratitude; we seem to think gratitude is being thankful for what we have and how we feel, even our wonderful gratitude for nature itself, but where is our gratitude of using the amazing abilities we have been given? Of knowing the miracle you are with an outrageous power to bring forth all your desires! Is life not meant to be about being happy, becoming happy? Have you any idea how happy you would be, to know that you, you yourself achieved all your desires. True happiness lies in being able to create the life of your dreams, love, health, abundance; we are creative human beings, with minds to think and the power to create! When you know the universe loves creation and life, and, has given you, the power to create, the greatest gratitude you could ever have would be to step out your comfort zone and act out the person you want to be, and shine! True gratitude, I feel would be to use our minds, body and spirit to the best of our ability!

Your actions are the true stepping stones of your thoughts, and your dreams that will undoubtedly create your future, and your destiny!

 YOU are a living miracle with an enormous potential to being and creating more than you ever thought possible! Would it be so wonderful to sit back nice and cosy, and visualize something into existence if you could, rather than “knowing” you have the power to make it happen? On top of that, how do you think you would feel having accomplished all your desires, turning them into reality all by yourself, how would you feel? It’s time to get busy! It’s time to wake up, it’s time to “come into Being” Becoming, the person you want to be, and doing the things you want to do. No one can tell you, not even me, you cannot believe me if you truly wish to “know”.

Visualizing, hope and belief are the starting point, or can “Become” just things to hang on to; faith and believing are in my opinion, disbelief.

The key is to “Know”! The only way of knowing is to Think inspired thoughts, act upon them to the best of your ability, Mind, Body and Spirit, and see for yourself!

  • · An Inspirational story of a very inspiring young man called Sanyog Thekkany, living in Pune, Maharashtra, India. He had a dream to go to Barcelona, and maybe, one day, play football!

His story _

Everything was average in my life. But I always thought that I had what it takes to be the cream of the crop. I don’t know why I thought that, but I also knew I could be better.
Any failure which I had in exams or in life never stopped me, I always thought that I was really good, and believed it always.

Maybe I had this thinking because my father died when I was 8 years old .Since then my mom has taken care of me and my brother. So we grew up always looking at the positive side, because things always got better and better for us. My mother is a great inspiration for me in everyday life. I think she is the best role model for me.

She always worked with her intuition. She was always cautious and was able to face anything, she was never afraid to take risks.
These qualities made me think consciously that I could do anything too!

So one day when everything was good, I wanted to improve and get even better. So I kept working hard always.

Then one day I was taking a walk in my university with my friends. We were talking about philosophy; I remember I was talking about hard work and success to glory. Then one friend told me of the law of attraction .I asked him what that was, then he showed me the video of The Secret.

I made sure that I took the video home that day. I watched the secret video for the next 6 months.

I really enjoyed it. I started offering deliberate thought.
I changed my thought process, or at least I tried to change.
I tried to think differently always. Then things started to work out differently. I was attracting many things. I would say I became more aware of things. Awareness helped me a lot. I knew that it was really working.

I got different ideas, different resources, and my life was never the same again.
I kept thinking positively all the time.Then I met a lady on Facebook who wrote inspirational poems to inspire people. I told her my problems and what was going on in my life. I still have the chats saved in my disk with that amazing lady! She always gave me time, and always told me to think, act, and believe in myself. She told me to be sure to know. She always told me to keep on going. I always took inspiration from her and printed out her writings and put them on my wall.

Sometimes I got negative but always turned it around to be positive. It took some time to break the vibrational patterns. I wanted to go to Barcelona. I had this feeling that this place was home. I had pictures of Barcelona football team and nice things on a vision board. I kept on improving, I had the desire that I wanted to play football in Europe for FC Barcelona. I had a belief that I could. I worked hard every day mentally, emotionally, and physically to improve myself.
I applied to many universities abroad. I had many offers from the UK. But something kept telling me that I should go somewhere else in Europe and not the UK.
I applied to France, the Netherlands, and Germany. Always in my heart I wanted to be in Barcelona, so I looked for courses in Barcelona but could not find any.

After trying many things, permutations and combinations, I decided to go to Germany, all things just seemed to match up. It was perfect. I just took that chance and went to Germany.

When I reached Germany and started my classes, the authorities told me that I can go to Barcelona for my 3rd semester!

It was amazing! The universe knows how to get you to where you want. All you have to do is trust, believe, and hope!
I was really happy when I cleared all my exams in Germany so that I could make it to Barcelona; it feels great to be here.

Also in Germany I found out about Abraham Hicks seminars and that helped me a lot. It was amazing. She explains the secret of the law of attraction in a very beautiful way. I read her book 'ASK AND IT IS GIVEN EVERYDAY'.

The book has magical power. It is amazing!
Her teachings are absolutely wonderful and I love them a lot. I always trust my intuition and follow it all the time. I feel it’s very important to do that.
Now I am in Barcelona and enjoying it a lot, and feeling great!
Even if I don’t see the way now, I keep on using my energies to bring into my life anything that I want!
